Booking:
A deposit of £150 is payable to secure your chosen date with Confetti-Photos. This Deposit will be deducted from the total price. No date can be held until the contract is returned & signed with the deposit.

Balance:
The balance is payable 7 days before the wedding day.

Cancellation:
The client may cancel the contract at any time, however, the deposit will be forfeited if cancellation occurs with less than 30 days to go to the wedding day.

Photograph Copyright:
The 1988 Copyright act assigns the copyright to Confetti-Photos. It is illegal to copy or allow to be copied any photographs by any means. Confetti-Photos reserves the right to use any photographs for display, exhibition, competition or advertising. If the client purchases photographs as digital files, it is agreed that they may only be used or copied for personal purposes and they may not be used, copied or sold for commercial purposes or for profit without the prior written consent of Confetti-Photos who asserts copyright in all photographs.

In the unlikely event of total photographic failure or cancellation of the contract by Confetti-Photos, liability shall be limited to a total refund of monies paid. Confetti-Photos shall offer to retake free of charge within 30 days a reasonable selection of photographs at a time reasonably convenient to the parties at, or close by, the original venue(s). Confetti-Photos shall not be liable for consequential loss arising from, but not limited to, the unavailabilty of subjects or venues or the provision of clothing, flowers, vehicles or for the weather, force majeur or any other matters beyond their control.
